Making Homemade Pizza
First, turn on the grill with the Hans pizza grill stone inside. The stone will heat up with the grill while you prepare the pizza.
Start by stretching the dough out with the back of your hands and pressing the edges out on a lightly floured surface. Once the crust is formed place it on a lightly floured pizza peel.

Next, spoon a few dollops of ricotta cheese onto the prepared dough.

Then add the sliced tomato, or sauce to the dough.

Add a few spoonfuls of chimichurri sauce to the pizza dough.

Next, add about 1/3 cup of cubed mozzarella cheese.

Place the prepared chimichurri pizza onto the hot pizza stone in the grill and immediately close the lid.

Cook the pizza on the stone for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is golden brown.

Delicious Homemade Chimichurri Pizza
Top your fresh pizza with a basil leaf and enjoy.

The dough makes the perfect crispy crust, while the cheese, tomatoes, and chimichurri all melt together in a perfect balance of flavors.

Grab your pizza wheel, cut a few slices, and enjoy.
